We create events around the world that bring everyday athletes together to challenge their limits, giving anyone willing enough the opportunity to be part of a movement that’s driving meaningful, measurable change.

Our Story

We’re Ricky Bowry and Joe Fox, co-founders of WORK WEEK. We’ve worked together as a team of Creative Directors in the advertising industry for well over 10 years. During that time, we’ve dedicated our lives to balancing high-demand careers with high-performance fitness; from semi-professional football to multi-day expeditions, races, and more.

WORK WEEK was founded on the belief that hard work is the catalyst for change. By putting in the miles, we’re putting out a message that change is possible when we all push a little harder, together. Our events fuel causes that matter to our athletes and strengthen the communities we train and compete in.

It’s this combined expertise in fitness, marketing and business that inspired the inception of WORK WEEK; an experience we’re building to become a leading brand in the fitness and wellness industry.
